What a wild year for the group! We moved institutions, began setting up the new lab, and onboarded an entirely new team. We have been hard at work playing with all of our new (and old) toys, doing some awesome chemistry, and gearing up for a big 2024, full of new publications, presentations, and overall student and postdoc success!

We also welcomed Dr. Luca Catalano, who was instrumental in helping to get our new group off the ground. Dr. Catalano was offered a highly-prestigious position as a Tenured Associate Professor at the University of Modena in Italy, and unfortunately for us he had to depart Rochester earlier than anticipated. We have been so lucky to have him as part of the group, and we are looking forward to many years of collaboration moving forward. Congratulations and good luck Professor Catalano!
